Producers

In total, 350 people have produced, edited and presented their films for the “Buntes Fernsehen Engerwitzdorf”. At this point, we would like to introduce a few of these producers to you and provide some insight into their motivation for the project.

 

Name: Franz Plank, Pensioner
Content: Franz Plank has specialised in commentaries.
He reports on local events and current happenings in the community, such as the construction of the new highway exit. In this context he doesn’t hesitate to touch on hot topics such as deficient local access or hazardous traffic intersections. His latest project deals with compiling an Oral-History-Archive of well-known personalities from Engerwitzdorf.
Statement: To simply make Engerwitzdorf more engerwitzdorfish!

 

 

 

Name: Axel Harsch, Club “Kinderfreunde”
Content: Axel Harsch has produced many films already – also together with the “Buntes Fernsehen” team. He is inspired by any topic, but became known through his spectacular films on his own magic shows. His son Christian is meanwhile also a filmmaker and delights in reporting about his own small reptile zoo.
Statement: “Buntes Fernsehen” is pure pioneer work with all possible ups and downs. It is highly interesting. It is the technology of the future and it’s great fun to be part of it from the beginning.

 

 

 

Name: Petra Grabinger, Media expert on pregnancy leave
Content: Petra Grabinger studied media design and has always been inspired by innovations in the media sector. Her first film for the “Buntes Fernsehen Engerwitzdorf” dealt with the “immigrant” problem. In this film she relates her dislocation and the problems she experiences with integration into the town community.
Statement: Anyone can film a segment and introduce him-/herself, regardless of age – a colourful medley.

 

 

 

Name: Felix Bauer, Scholar
Content: Felix is known for the horror films which he produces together with his best friend Bernhard Fürst. Soon after the “Buntes Fernsehen Engerwitzdorf” inspired in him a film fever, he decided to enrol at a media school and to make his passion his profession.
Statement: In my leisure time – whenever I don’t know what to do – we write a script or shoot a cool film.

 

 

 

Name: Roland Wilhelm, Club “Naturfreunde”
Content: In the true sense of the term, Roland Wilhelm actually doesn’t produce films. Roland has specialised in movie mode photos, springing to life with his fantastic speaking voice. He reports on the lively activities of the “Naturfreunde” Club and their excursions. At last year’s film contest he was awarded the “Goldener Delfin” [”Golden Dolphin”] for his complete works.
Statement: I didn’t count on receiving a prize – but it was a super feeling! Tops! I learnt a lot, personally.

 

 

 

Name: Ingrid Gailer-Stopper, Artist
Content: Ingrid Gailer-Stopper is a well-known artist from Engerwitzdorf.
In her films, she talks about her vernissages and artworks. To her the film medium is not only another form of expression, “Buntes Fernsehen Engerwitzdorf” also opens up a larger circle of people interested in art.
Statement: It’s all about art, vernissages, musicals, chickens, country life, there are so many nice things and reports. I find it really great that something like this can be presented.
